- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Violate any applicable local, provincial, or national laws, including but not limited to financial regulations and data protection laws of Pakistan.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security or Liveness Detection features of the platform.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- “As Is” Basis: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that verification will always be instant or error-free, as it relies on third-party databases and internet connectivity.
- No Legal Endorsement: A “Verified” status by Proof Web Services confirms that the data matches the provided records; it does not constitute a legal guarantee of a user’s character or financial standing.
- Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proof Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if we suspect you are involved in identity fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
